The people behind MediVox

MediVox was founded by doctors, software developers, and IT security experts who combined their experience to make clinical documentation simpler, safer, and less time-consuming.

Founded by doctors and technologists

MediVox was founded in Sandefjord by a team deeply rooted in Norwegian healthcare. We saw that doctors and nurses spent more time on documentation than with patients — and that this affected both clinician wellbeing and quality of care.

We started with Norwegian healthcare and clinical language, then built a workflow for healthcare professionals across languages and markets.

A multidisciplinary team with backgrounds in medicine, technology, and product development.

What we believe in

Patients First

Technology should never get in the way of human connection. MediVox is designed to strengthen, not replace, the relationship between doctor and patient.

Security by Default

Data security and privacy are integrated into everything we build. Norwegian requirements and experience are our foundation, with international use in mind.

Continuous Improvement

We listen to clinical users and improve the product continuously. Feedback from daily clinical practice drives our product development.
